integration and assurance services

As part of the Integration & Assurance Services Dept you will be working with new and exisiting customers to optimise their business, saving them time, money and resource.  This often includes, but is not restricted to, recommending MDS CEM and MDS Lavastorm Analytics solutions or working with the customer to improve business processes.  Although we are mainly UK-based, you may be required to work on customer site around the globe, or to fit your hours around our customer's time zones.

Working hands-on with our customers and supporting pre-sales opportunities the team strives to understand the specific business challenges faced and jointly identify solutions. Highlighting quick wins, developing supporting business cases and monetizing opportunities are just some of the ways we add value.  As new customers are aquired, we compliment the implementation project to ensure a smooth transisition for both parties.

Using MDS' Lavastorm Analytic Engineering toolset the Integration & Assurance Services Dept can provide in-depth analysis over any data to provide insight into business issues including:

  • Root-cause analysis
  • Revenue Assurance
  • Fraud detection
  • Usage patterns
  • Network reconciliation
  • Order management
