MDS has been working with Gogo, the leading provider of in-flight connectivity, since 2007. MDS provides a fully managed, integrated revenue and customer management platform that delivers flexible pricing, payment, and analytics to help deliver the best possible customer experience for passengers using Gogo’s In-Air Internet service.
eircom Business, Irelands largest telecommunications operator, has been using the MDS next generation managed BSS to enable services to the business and government sectors. The partnership began in early 2013 and includes integrated analytics as part of the solution, from which eircom can enable a single view of customer care and billing across its range of services.
BT chose our assured managed BSS service to support its re-entry to the UK mobile market as an MVNO in 2004. The fixed-line and mobile telecoms operator sought a partner who could provide a complete end-to-end solution and now benefits from our technology, services and expertise for its corporate customer base. MDS further helps support the needs of multi-national business customers for BT Global Services and M2M services for BT Redcare.
Telefόnica UK chose our integrated billing and customer management platform for its O2 brand. The MDS platform provides an extensive range of capabilities and web services that enable them to deliver complex convergent services to its millions of corporate and SME subscribers, as well as to more than a million machine-to-machine (M2M) subscriptions. O2 further enhances the business customer experience through the sophisticated self-service and e-billing solution from MDS.
Vodafone (UK) Ltd uses our technology solutions to support complex services for business customers. The relationship began in 2002 when we successfully brought together subscribers from 11 legacy systems onto a single, integrated revenue and customer management platform. Vodafone now benefits from a single view of customers and services, provided by our end-to-end solution.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, ACN Europe uses MDS BSS and online self-service solutions to support their operations across 18 countries. Since 2001 ACN has relied on our integrated technology solutions to help deliver complex services, including next generation Videophone and VoIP services for their consumer customers.
