To build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within existing Customer Account(s) in order to grow the account, achieving sustainable revenue and profit growth. To identify and manage new opportunities through to closure, expanding the MDS footprint in our Customer organisations.
To create the platform for growth through service excellence ensuring that Services, Transformation and IT programmes are planned, managed and delivered in accordance with the SLAs and perceived by the Customer to be innovative and value-adding.
